For me it was a very average hotel. Not very modern infrastructure in especially the rooms. You might get better looking rooms for similar price. The hotel should really try and make the rooms a bit up to date.

It was my second time in Lisbon, my first in this hotel, the room was very nice and clean, it is very good located near the train and metro, I really enjoyed it, also would like to give a nice “thank you” to Iara from the reception, for assisting me with the trip to Sintra, I saw a lot but have more to see, your kindness and smile are well remembered. Highly recommended.

It is not far from the airport but very close. The rooms are nice and clean. A bit of old fashioned bathroom. The only thing that bothered me was I made a booking for a double room but they gave me a single room. I objected immediately and after s while they switched me to s double room as it should be. It is very unprofessional behaviour. You must give the exact same room or if it is not available you must upgrade. You can not oblige people to stay in s room that they did not reserve.

I was surprised to find the wall paper peeling from the walls, the single bed with the most uncomfortable aged mattress and left over odors of smoking and just stale air. Worst place I’ve stayed in a long time. Reminds me of a motel 8 in the US

An old fashioned hotel,in need to a refurbishment,but it is cheap. Rooms very small,old-fashioned but clean,comfortable bed. Had breakfast,good choice,better than expected Location perfect for Metro and concert hall,a Metro card is a must to get around.
